Five Ingredient Protein Cookies

Ingredients:

2 servings Dose & Co protein powder
2 ripe bananas
1 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons nut butter
3 tablespoons chocolate chips

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on fan bake. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a medium bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add protein powder, oats and nut butter, stir well. Add chocolate chips.
Spoon mixture onto baking tray and shape. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove and cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.

I baked these cookies the other day with the dose & co salted caramel toffee protein powder and they are amazing!! I could barely resist eating them all in one sitting.
