Ingredients:
¼ cup Dose & Co protein powder
6 medjool dates, pitted
4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
¼ cup oats
3 tablespoons nut butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping:
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
Method:
Place the protein bite ingredients into a food processor and pulse for 1 minute. The medjool dates should now be smooth and the mixture well combined. Remove from the food processor and roll into balls. Place the desiccated coconut into a bowl and coat the balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
