Ingredients:
1 serving Dose & Co collagen creamer (optional)
1x 400 gram tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup nut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 tablespoons almond flour (can use plain flour)
Topping:
1/4 cup white chocolate, roughly chopped
Method:
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees on fan bake. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out mixture and roll into balls. Place on tray.
Sprinkle with white chocolate and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool before eating.
