Ingredients:
Base
1 serving Dose & Co creamy vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup raw cashews - soaked for 30 minutes in warm water
1/4 cup coconut cream
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Filling
1 cup peanuts or raw cashews
8 medjool dates
1/2 cup nut butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Topping
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Method:
Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
In a food processor or high powered blender, combine the base ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into the loaf pan and spread evenly. Place into the freezer.
In the same food processor or blender, combine the filling ingredients and blend to form a smooth paste. Spread an even layer on top of the base layer and place back into the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Remove loaf pan from the freezer and using a sharp knife cut into bars. Return to the freezer for 5 minutes.
Place the chocolate chips into a sauce pan and melt over a low heat. Remove the bars from the freezer and drizzle with chocolate. Place back into the freezer for 10 minutes for the chocolate to melt.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
