Ingredients:
1/2 cup Dose & Co Salted Caramel Toffee protein powder
1/4 cup almond flour
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings:
1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
Sprinkles - optional
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on fan bake. Using oil or butter, grease the donut pan and place aside.
In a bowl mix the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl mix the eggs, maple syrup and milk. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Spoon mixture into the donut pan - try not to over fill.
Bake for 15 minutes. When the donuts have finished baking, drizzle with white chocolate and sprinkles.
