Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery for subscription orders over $40!
How long will my order take to be delivered
Due to COVID-19 safety guidelines carriers are experiencing shipping delays. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days from our warehouse and then sent to our carriers for delivery. Please expect up to 21 business day on top of standard transit times to receive your order. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after the expected delivery date, please reach back out to us so we can look into the matter. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer delivery outside of Canada
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has already been placed we are unable to cancel your order. Please send us an email to hello@doseandco.com and we will be able to let you know the status of your order.
Can I edit my order?
Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed, we are unable to edit your order. Please send us an email to hello@doseandco.com and we will be able to let you know the status of your order. If you have an upcoming subscription order, you can edit this under your account HERE
Can I edit the delivery address for my order?
Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed, we are unable to make any edits to your order. Please contact the carrier directly to organize a redirection for your parcel.
Can I change flavors on my subscription?
Yes, you can change the flavors or products with every subscription delivery. Go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and you can edit your orders there. If this isn’t working please email us at hello@doseandco.com
How much is the subscription discount?
Subscribing to Dose & Co will mean a 25% discount off your order.
Can I add a discount code on top of my subscription discount?
Unfortunately, a discount code cannot be added on top of a subscription discount.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription whenever you wish. Just go to My Account, then Manage Subscriptions and click Remove. If this isn’t working please email us at hello@doseandco.com
How do I change the delivery date of my subscription order?
Just go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and change to your preferred date under Delivery Schedule. If this isn’t working please email us at hello@doseandco.com
Your website says my flavor is out-of-stock. When will it be back?
We recommend signing up to or mailing list or following our Instagram to stay up to speed with the latest updates. We try our best to keep up with demand and there's no doubt we will be re-stocking as soon as possible!
Do you offer returns?

My package says it’s delayed. Who can I contact?
For any shipping inquiries, you will need to contact the appropriate carrier for an updated status delivery.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email
with your tracking information.
